Lithium Batteries
Capaciton can also supply with lithium batteries. We focus on reliable, safe, high quality brands, and we are still developing our product portfolio - looking for the right products for our customers. We can supply both special batteries, adopted to e.g. forklift operation, but also more standardized options, including block battery replacements.
Our focus is on Micropower's lithium batteries, developed and manufacured in Sweden. The cells from Micropower are NMC, allowing 80-90% usable DoD (Depth-of-Discharge), compared to 60-80% for an LFP cell, but also more cycles. Another big advantage for the NMC cell over the LFP cell, is the recyclability - especially valid in Thailand. We build the batteries in Thailand, based on Micropower's modular systems, and we can therefore offer highly customized battery solutions, with fast and reliable service, thanks to close collaboration with Micropower.
One example of implementations we've done in Thailand is with Micropower cBRIX50, a complete, compact and light weight 25.6V 50Ah battery pack. The battery can be fully machine or vehicle integrated with CAN-bus. cBRIX is a standardized lithium ion battery pack. Combined with a stationary or onboard efficient HF charger, you get a complete lithium ion battery solution from Micropower Group.
The flexible BRIX Lithium-Ion battery modules are available in three different sizes with nominal capacity: 115Ah, 166Ah, and 230Ah. They are tailored for configuration into battery systems with voltages up to 120V and capacities up to 100 kWh. When combined with a Micropower Lithium-Ion charger and battery management system, they form a complete battery solution that can be fully integrated with electric vehicles and machines.
As these the battery modules are designed in standardized dimensions, sharing the same width and depth while differing in height, allows Capaciton to assembly into various battery tray sizes and formats, enabling adaptability for diverse industry applications.
The latest addition from Micropower is BLOCK, state-of-the-art lithium-Ion battery modules designed for industrial applications. The 51,1V BLOCK Lithium-Ion battery modules are available in two different sizes with a nominal capacity of 70Ah and 105Ah. They can be configured into battery systems with voltages of up to 1000V and capacities of up to 1,6MWh.
Its scalable and robust design makes it an ideal solution for applications such as material handling and construction equipment, ensuring reliable performance in even the most demanding environments.
